The word "retired" often conjures images of golf games, hammocks and grandchildren. For "retired" Prince Georges County Circuit Court Judge Steven Platt nothing could be less accurate.
While he has the requisite grandchidren and leisure activities he is also returning to the bench when needed and is running a multperson mediation group called fittingly The Platt Group. He mediates across the state of Maryland in conjunction with other retired members of the bench.
