Everyday Law welcomed back returning champion, Allan Steinhorn, for a discussion of impeachment law. Host, Bob Clark delved into what law governs the process and what sort of realistic expectations the public should derive from the process.
Allan suggested that the present process is substantially different from previous impeachment proceedings involving presidents Clinton and Nixon as President Trump has abjectly refused to permit members of the administration to provide either testimony or documents. His prediction was that we are moving into uncharted waters but that the Republican hold on the U.S. Senate would inevitably result in an acquittal for President Trump.
