One of the most interesting figures in the Maryland political landscape, State Treasurer, Nancy Kopp, joined Everyday Law and host, Bob Clark for a conversation about what the treasurer does and how.
Ms. Kopp was a long time member of the Maryland legislature from Montgomery County, Maryland and has now served as Treasurer for nineteen years.
That office is the duly elected representative of the legislature and serves on Maryland's highly important Board of Public Works, which has been involved in several recent transportation decisions of note including expansion of the Beltway and I-270 as well as the Purple Line.
