Bob Clark and Howard County Community College's Everyday Law, welcomed Judge John Biran of Maryland's Court of Appeals to the program. Judge Biran was appointed by Governor Larry Hogan to the Court in 2019 after an extensive stint in the United States Justice Department.
Bob and Judge Biran discussed the origins of his interest in the law and the evolution of his career. In addition to a discussion of a recent creditors rights decision authored by Judge Biran, Bob focused on the process involved in getting a case before Maryland's highest court.
