Through the years Robert Clark and Allan Steinhorn of Laurel's Clark and Steinhorn, LLC, have taken their respective turns sharing their collective wisdom regarding best trial practices with other lawyers and judges through the auspices of bar association seminars.
Mr. Clark has headed the Prince George's County Bar Association's Tort Law (personal injury and malpractice law) committee for twenty years and has regularly discoursed on opening statements, expert examination and cross-examination and closing arguments . Periodically he has conscripted Mr. Steinhorn on similar such topics and for the first time in almost twenty years they will both offer their thoughts at the same seminar on June 11, 2019 at Newton White Mansion in Mitchellville, Maryland.
The Tort Law Committee is presenting a mock trial commencing at 3:30 pm prior to the Bar Association's annual meeting. A list of all participating attorneys should be forthcoming shortly.
