Client interactions are important and necessary when representing injured victims of personal injuries. The attorney needs to be in full possession of all relevant information and the client needs to have confidence in the judgments the attorney makes throughout the case.
At Clark and Steinhorn, LLC we have forged marvelous, enduring relationships with our clients and their extended families and after 38 years of this it often means that we am representing the children and grandchildren of long-ago clientele.
Maintaining these relationships has meant adaptation along the way and like many other businesses but we are coming up with mechanisms to safely engage both new and existing clients. For the most part, we are temporarily refraining from in-person meetings. opting instead for skype, zoom, and other video-conferencing apps.
We also make liberal use of texts, emails and the good old fashioned telephone. If in-person meeting is essential, we can accommodate such a thing, just don't be surprised if we social distance and wear a mask, in conformance with the Governor's guidelines. Just let us know.
