Clark and Steinhorn's Bob Clark presented a brief disquisition on how he obtained a $450,000.00 settlement from the state of Maryland, to a national Title lX lawyers group on Monday January 10, 2022.
The settlement of the defamation claim arose out of a Title lX student disciplinary proceeding originating at UMBC. Mr. Clark discussed strategic choices that were made in this matter that ultimately redounded to the considerable benefit of his clients.
