Railroad Employee awarded $1.24 Million

A Baltimore City jury awarded Ard L. Pitts Sr. $1.246 million dollars because of repetitive stress work related injuries.

Mr. Pitts had worked for CSX Transportation Inc. for almost 40 years and had surgery to both knees.

This was evidently Mr. Pitts fifth and largest claim against CSX. He continues to work for CSX to the presnt.
