Everyday Law with host, Bob Clark welcomed Jerry Buting back to the program to examine problems associated with the use of forensic evidence at trial in criminal proceedings.
In the aftermath of Jerry's star turn on season one of Making a Muderer, he and other colleagues started the Center For Integrity in Forensic Sceinces with an avowed goal of cleaning up a messy realm. The organization has attempted to focus on the reliability of so-called forensic evidence produced by crime labs across the country.
