Shocker, St. Josephs Medical Center lawyers Fight stent Claims!

When patients started receiving letters from St. Josephs Medical Center in Towson that they may have stents implanted in their arteries unnecessarily, the common thought was that this was akin to an admission by the hospital of responsibility. Further statements by the hospital's employees of fraudulent records seemed to seal the deal.

Now that their lawyers have gotten hold of things, nothing could be further from the truth. The letters..oh well they didn't mean anything..hey some of the people are better off..and so on.

Regrettably this sort of turn of events are commonplace in the contemporary legal world. Doctors are often penitent in the aftermath of a catastrophic medical incident just as drivers who cause injurious crashes are all apologetic at the scene of the crash.

Unfortunately these acts of personal responsibility last until the victim brings a lawsuit.
