Fatigue the Culprit in 2008 Texas Bus Crash

The National Transportation Safety Board has concluded that a deadly Texas bus crash was the result of driver fatigue.
The 2008 bus crash near Victoria, Texas killed one and injured forty six.

The driver evidently fell asleep while driving and when he awoke over compensated his steeering and lost control of the bus. After the bus overturned a pickup struck its underside.
