Family of Four Killed in Virginia Crash; Driver Charged With DUI

In a horrific crash, a father, mother and their two sons were killed when a vehicle driven by a suspected drunk driver failed to reduce speed, and crashed into the rear of the family's Jeep Cherokee as it waited at a red light.  The family was headed to a family barbeque in Virginia when the crash occurred.  The crash ruptured the Jeep's fule tank, causing the vehicle to catch fire, killing all four occupants.

The driver of the crash was charged with driving under the influence, manslaugter, and under age possession of alcohol.  The victims were identified as Mark Kevin Roe, 49, Amanda Louise Roe, 31, and their two sons, Caleb Andrew Roe, 11, and Tyler Kevin Roe, 4. The Roes resided in Stephenson, Va., a small town north of Winchester, in Frederick County.
