A deadly I-495 crash near the College Park interchange, shut down the outer loop of the Beltway in Prince Georges County this afternoon.

The crash occurred between the New Hampshire Avenue and Route One exits, when two cars involved in changing a tire on the left Beltway shoulder were struck by a third vehicle. The fatality occurred when a man was caught between the two vehicles on the I-495 shoulder.

I personal think that the driver of the vehicle that crashes both car should be rested and charge for taking the life of a innocent man
