Baltimore Hit and Run Deadly

Baltimore City Police report that an early morning hit and run on North Howard Street has taken the life of a pedestrian.

The heretofore unidentified victim was walking with another pedestrian in the crosswalk in the 1200 block of North Howard street when they were struck and badly injured by a fleeing vehicle. 

The victim was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center where they died. Further investigation will follow.
