Another Tragic Pedestrian Crash Fatality in Wheaton
Another pedestrian crash death took place in Montgomery County on Saturday December 17, 2011. The collision took place around 10:30 pm near the Randoplh Crossing Shopping Center on Viers Mill Road. The victim has not yet been identified although he is described as a middle-aged man of hispanic origin.
The recurrent theme for such crashes involves night time crossing of roads without using a crosswalk while wearing dark clothing. Viers Mill Road in Wheaton has been the situs of several fatal pedestrian crashes this year including one involving a husband and wife in May of this year. http://www.maryland-law.com/blog/wheaton-hit-and-run-crash-kills-pedestrian.cfm
