Laurel Lawyer to Address Prince George's County, Bar Association

Laurel, Maryland lawyer, Robert Clark will speak to members of the Prince George's County Bar Association at the Newton-White Mansion in Bowie, Maryland on Tuesday June 10, 2014 at 4:30 pm. The topic for the seminar is effective use of and cross examination of expert witnesses.

In addition to Mr. Clark, three other lawyers will make presentations and two medical experts will offer insights into how to best utilize their trial testimony. Mr. Clark has been presenting seminars on best trial practices in personal injury and medical malpractice cases for more than 20 years.

It is anticipated that Mr. Clark will discuss such topics as motions in limine, motions to exclude expert witnesses and/or components of their testimony and effective trial tactics for cross examining opposing experts.
