If it is autumn, it is time for the Prince George's County Bar Association's Tort Law (Personal injury and malpractice) seminar at the Court House in beautiful Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
Robert V. Clark, Jr., of Laurel, Maryland's Clark and Steinhorn, LLC, will lead a panel of Prince George's County's leading trial lawyers in a seminar devoted to a topic central to the trial of Personal Injury Cases, experts witnesses. In addition to Mr. Clark, it is anticpated that two eminent defense lawyers, another veteran plaintiffs lawyer and two highly seasoned veteran medical expert witnesses will participate.
Mr. Clark has been a long-time leader in educating lawyers in Prince George's County, Maryland with regard to best trial practices in personal injury and medical negligence actions. Mr. Clark headed the Prince George's County Bar Association's Tort Law Commitee from 2001 to 2007 and during those years orchestrated twice yearly seminars for lawyers emphasizing how to effectively and ethically advocate for the victims of personal injuries.
After a four year respite, Mr. Clark was asked by the Prince George's County Bar Association, to return to his post as co-chair of the Tort Law Commitee as no seminars had been presented from 2008 to 2011. The 2012 seminar featured Mr. Clark, his partner, Allan W. Steinhorn and the eminent defense lawyers, Christopher R. Dunn and Giancarlo M.
