Maryland Truck Crash Yields $270,000.00 Settlement

A Jessup, Maryland area tractor trailer crash on I-95, yielded a $270,000.00 settlement for the injured, South carolina native, operating the commercial truck.

The crash took place between Mayland Route 175 and Maryland Route 32 in May 2009 and the underlying case was pursued in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Maryland.
