Westminster Crash Kills Teen.

Nicholas Louis Vidi of Sykesville, Maryland was killed Tuesday when his 1997 Saturn crossed the center line and struck a garbage truck on Route 27 Tuesday. The Westminster crash appears to have occurred when Mr. Vidi's  Northbound vehicle crossed the center line and struck a garbage truck head-on.

The incident took place just South of Kate Wagner Road around seven thirty in the morning and closed Maryland 27 for more than four hours. The  garbage truck was driven by Jeannette Zelaya of Westminster who required hospital care at Carroll hospital Center.
