Rollover Crash-Test Stymies Toyota

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety came out with its 2010 list of top "safety picks" and the inclusion of a new test thinned the herd of "safe" cars from 94 in 2009 to 27. http://www.iihs.org/news/rss/pr111809.html

The rollover test knocked out all Toyota and Lexus cars and reduced Honda's "safety" presence while rewarding Subara with the unofficial title of safest line of cars.

We have focused on this new safety category here in the past (See http://www.citizen.org/hot_issues/issue.cfm?ID=1504
) and if you are purchasing a new car the first link in this article is a must read.
