Prominent Hispanic Lawyer Named to Howard County Bench

Governor Martin O'Malley has named Ricardo D. Zwaig to the Maryland District Court bench in Howard County. Mr. Zwaig is reportedly the first male Hispanic judge in Maryland and is well esteemed by his fellow members of the bar.

A graduate of the University of Maryland law school, Mr. Zwaig practiced law with his brother Michael in Highlandtown and Ellicott City, Maryland.

Both Mr. Zwaig and Governor O'Mallet need be congratulated on this exemplary choice for Howard County District Court.
