Bob Clark, host of "Everyday Law" on Howard Community College's Dragon Radio, had the privilege of speaking to veteran College Park attorney, Ron Schwartz about what to do when the police pull you over.
Topics included whether you have to pull over in the first place, whether you have to answer officers questions, get out of the car, take field sobriety tests or consent to a search. Mr. Schwartz covered the penalties for drinking and driving and the all important question of whether to take an alcohol test if it is requested.
