V. Clark, Jr.
Robert
V. Clark, Jr. was born on August 19, 1955 in Evanston, Illinois
and presently resides in Howard County, Maryland with his wife and
two children. He received his undergraduate degree from the University
of Maryland, College Park, in December of 1976. Thereafter, Mr.
Clark received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill in December of 1980. He was admitted
to the bar in Maryland in May of 1981, and the bar of the District
of Columbia in May of 1985. Mr. Clark is admitted to practice before
the state and Federal courts of the State of Maryland and the local
and Federal courts of the District of Columbia. Additionally, he
is admitted to practice before the District of Columbia Court of
Appeals, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States
Supreme Court. Mr. Clark is a member of the Association of Trial
Lawyers of America, The American Bar Association, the Maryland Trial
Lawyers Association, the Marlboro Inn of Court, the Montgomery County
Bar Association, the Prince George's County Bar Association, and
the District of Columbia Bar Association.
Mr.
Clark has devoted his entire career to trial practice involving
personal injury cases and has tried hundreds of cases as well as
numerous appeals before the Courts of Appeals of the State of Maryland
and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. In 1996, Mr. Clark was
a recipient of the Prince George's County Bar Association Pro Bono
Lawyer of the Year award and in the same year was a nominee for
the Maryland State Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year. He is a two time
recipient of the Prince George's County Pro Bono Service Award.

Allan
W. Steinhorn
Allan
W. Steinhorn was born in Baltimore, Maryland on April 29, 1955.
He resides with his wife and three children in Howard County, Maryland.
Mr. Steinhorn attended the University of Maryland at College Park
where he received his undergraduate degree in 1978. He received
his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1985.
While in law school, Mr. Steinhorn was a recipient of the National
Finalist Student Trial Advocacy Competition of the Association of
Trial Lawyers of America in 1985. He was a law clerk for the Honorable
Robert H. Mason Associate Judge, seventh Judicial Circuit for the
State of Maryland. Mr. Steinhorn received his civil trial experience
from his work in the past for both plaintiff and defense personal
injury law firms. He currently devotes his practice to plaintiffs'
personal injury and medical malpractice cases.
Mr.
Steinhorn was admitted to the bar of the State of Maryland in 1985,
the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1986, the bar of the District
of Columbia in 1987, and the United States Supreme Court in 1989.
Mr. Steinhorn is admitted to practice in both the state and Federal
courts of the State of Maryland, and the local and Federal courts
of the District of Columbia. He is also a member of the District
of Columbia Bar, the Prince George's County Bar, the Maryland State
Bar, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He was Assistant
Secretary-Treasurer of the J. Dudley Digges Inn of Court from 1987-88
where he has been a member since 1986. Mr. Steinhorn is currently
a Barrister in the J. Dudley Digges Inn of Court.
